Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: We offer FREE shipping when your totals $49.95 or more, otherwise 4.99 is the only charge for any size order you place online with us shipped to the continental U.S. That's right...only 4.99, no minimum order required. Some companies will charge you a dangerous goods fee in addition to the shipping fee, but not us. You'll never be charged any hidden fees...ever.
Q: What carriers do you use for shipping?
A: Due to shipping restrictions we use UPS Ground and all levels of service are available including next day, 2nd day and 3 day select guaranteed delivery time in transit. ***Please note: pepper spray cannot be shipped by air and must travel via ground service only.***
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We strive to ship your order out the same day you submit it if you complete your order by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday excluding major holidays, otherwise it will ship the following business day. Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, no. Due to the nature of our products we have halted all international sales including shipping to Canada.
Return Policy:
Our products are 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products a full refund less shipping will be given. If merchandise is defective, we will replace items for exchange or credit with no restocking fee. All returns must accompany an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number - Please call 857-991-6621 to obtain a RMA #.
